1. Manufacturing warranty
GESAC tools are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations and industrial practices.
2. Scope
The warranty covers defects directly attributable to the manufacturer. It does not cover normal tool wear, use outside recommended technical conditions, improper handling, or unauthorised regrinding or modification.
3. Procedure
To make a warranty claim, send a report to ventas@sdmcuttingtools.mx including: order number, SKU, batch, photographs of the defect, operating conditions (material, cutting parameters) and a copy of the proof of purchase.
4. Resolution
Once the warranty claim is verified, the product will be replaced, a credit note issued or a refund provided, as agreed with the customer.
5. Technical support
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend reviewing cutting conditions with our application team. Many claims can be resolved by adjusting speed, feed, depth of cut or tool grade.
