1. Supplier identity
The website Sadama receives sales assistance from SDM Cutting Tools, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The supplier's tax identification details (legal name and RFC) are included in every formal quotation and issued tax invoice (CFDI).
2. Purpose
These terms govern use of the website, quotation requests and, where applicable, the sale and purchase of GESAC industrial cutting tools in Mexico.
3. Quotations
Submitting a quotation request through the website does not constitute a purchase. Commercial terms (price, availability and lead time) are confirmed in a formal written quotation, valid for the period specified in that document.
4. Prices and availability
Where applicable, prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless expressly indicated otherwise. Taxes are calculated under applicable legislation. Product availability is confirmed at the time of quotation or order.
5. Payment methods and invoicing
Payments are made by interbank electronic transfer (SPEI) or other methods agreed in writing in the formal quotation or relevant purchase order. Electronic invoices (CFDI 4.0) are issued under the Federal Tax Code and SAT provisions.
6. Deliveries
Delivery terms (location, timing and cost) are agreed in the formal quotation or relevant purchase order.
7. Returns and warranties
See the Returns policy and the Warranty policy that apply.
8. Complaints and claims
Any complaint, claim or request for information may be sent to ventas@sdmcuttingtools.mx or by phone at Request advice. Consumers may contact PROFECO under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.
9. Intellectual property
The website's content (trademarks, logos, text and technical images) belongs to GESAC or the Controller and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Mexican law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
The Controller may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always published at this URL.
