How we do it
Collection and receipt
We arrange collection at your plant, free within the city, or receive shipped tools. Each delivery is checked against a service order and quantity/condition checklist.
Inspection and sorting
Each item is inspected under a stereo microscope. Recoverable wear proceeds to regrinding; unsuitable tools are returned with a report at no charge.
CNC regrinding
Regrinding on calibrated 5-axis CNC machines restores original geometry: helix, rake, clearance and corner radius.
Final inspection and optional recoating
Final dimensional checks, balancing for high-speed end mills and optional recoating in a certified PVD/CVD chamber.
Delivery + report
Delivery in 5–10 business days with a process report, remaining possible regrinding passes and replacement recommendations.
